ListingCore Partner Program Terms

These terms supplement the ListingCore Terms of Service and govern participation in the ListingCore Partner Program operated by ListingCore.app. Applying does not guarantee approval, referrals, earnings, or a particular payout schedule.

Eligibility and approval

Applicants must provide accurate information, have authority to enter this agreement, and maintain an active account in good standing. ListingCore may approve, reject, suspend, reactivate, or terminate participation in its reasonable discretion to protect customers, the program, or the ListingCore brand.

Commission and eligibility window

• The commission rate is 20% of each successful eligible customer subscription payment actually received by ListingCore.
• Current eligible paid memberships include ListingCore Plus, ListingCore Pro, and ListingCore Brokerage, including paid additional Brokerage seats. ListingCore may change plan names, prices, features, or availability prospectively.
• ListingCore Free accounts generate no commission unless and until an eligible paid subscription payment is collected.
• Eligibility lasts no more than 12 months from the referred customer’s original qualifying paid subscription start date. Moving between paid plans, cancellation, and later resubscription do not restart that window.
• Failed or zero-dollar payments do not earn commission. Discounts, credits, and prorations affect the eligible amount.
• Cancellation stops future commission unless another successful payment occurs inside the original window.
• Commissions remain pending for 30 days. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, credits, fraud, and reversals may cancel unpaid earnings or create an offset against future earnings.

Attribution

Attribution is generally first-touch and is attached to a new customer’s account at signup. Existing customers cannot add or change a partner retroactively unless ListingCore makes an explicit administrative correction. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, referral manipulation, and transactions primarily intended to generate commission are prohibited.

Required affiliate disclosure

Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with ListingCore wherever they recommend ListingCore or share a referral link. The disclosure must be close to the recommendation and understandable without opening another page. A suitable plain-language example is: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Partners must make any visual and audible disclosures appropriate to the medium and comply with applicable endorsement, advertising, privacy, email, telemarketing, and platform rules.

Marketing conduct

Partners may express honest opinions but may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims; impersonate ListingCore; imply employment or agency; promise unauthorized prices or discounts; misuse ListingCore trademarks or domains; publish deceptive reviews; send spam; use unlawful automated outreach; or engage in discriminatory, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive marketing. ListingCore may request correction or removal of noncompliant material.

Payouts and records

Available commission is eligible for manual review, not automatically due on a fixed date. Before payout, ListingCore may require identity, payout-method, fraud, and tax verification. A payout is complete when ListingCore records the transfer and its external reference. The append-only ledger and reasonable administrative determinations control in the event of a dashboard display discrepancy, subject to applicable law.

Taxes

Partners are independent businesses responsible for their own taxes, registrations, and professional advice. ListingCore may require a valid Form W-9 or applicable substitute before payout and may report payments or apply backup withholding where legally required. Tax identifiers must be provided only through a secure process designated by ListingCore—not through ordinary email or the payout-notes field.

Relationship and intellectual property

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary duty, or authority to bind ListingCore.app. Limited permission to use approved ListingCore marketing materials ends when participation ends. All other rights are reserved.

Changes, suspension, and survival

ListingCore may change the program prospectively with reasonable notice where appropriate. Fraud, abuse, legal risk, policy violations, non-disclosure, or harm to customers may result in immediate suspension and withholding of disputed amounts while reviewed. Historical financial, fraud-prevention, tax, and acceptance records may be retained as required or permitted by law.

General terms

The dispute, governing-law, disclaimer, limitation, and other general provisions in the ListingCore Terms of Service apply to this program. If these program terms conflict with the general terms solely about partner commissions, these program terms control.
